What's the commission?

5% of the hardware sale price when paid upfront, or 1% per year for five years if under a leasing agreement.

What's the payout schedule?

Payouts are via SEPA once your cleared balance meets the minimum threshold. Details appear in the agreement.

What qualifies as a referred customer?

A prospect you introduce that PoliCloud hasn't already engaged, tracked to your affiliate ID within 90 days.

Why is there a qualification fee?

It covers setup and compliance and is reimbursed after your first deal.

Is the contract auto-renewed?

No. It's a one-year term, renewable by mutual agreement.

What if there's a refund or chargeback?

We adjust future payouts to keep everything accurate.
